Small Group Training (SGT) is one of the most effective ways to get your body ready for the summer, without the high cost of a personal trainer. From circuit training to core work and weight training, this class will challenge you, motivate you, and help you build strength with proper form and support. Senior discount is not available for this class. Instruction by: Ricardo Alas, certified STRONG NATION Master Trainer/NASM/AFAA instructor. Limit is 12 per class.
