Correctness with Master Trainer Ricardo Alas.  This course will improve your ability to be the best that you can be, by toning up the basics, and fundamentals.  One of the biggest exercise errors is using improper technique.  You risk back injury if you arch your back while doing planks or push-ups, and knee injury if you bend too deeply in a lunge or squat.  Stop making these common fitness workout mistakes and learn how to correct them. All fitness levels are welcome. Senior discount is not available for this class. Instruction by: Ricardo Alas certified STRONG NATION instructor. Limit is 20 per class.

Example: Squatting - Basic squat with and w/o equipment
  • Hips apart, shoulders back, chest up and core engage
  • Knees behind your toes
Modification:
  • Shorter press with less depth
  • Don't lean forward
