Core, Abs and Stretch Workout - Adults

A slow, controlled, and on-the-floor total core workout!  This class combines stretching, lengthening movements, and deep core exercises to work on belly fat (six pack)! All fitness levels are welcome. Senior discount is not available for this class. Instruction by: Ricardo Alas, certified STRONG NATION instructor. Limit is 20 per class.
