Body conditioning exercises will target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body.  Let's get your heart pumping, blood flowing and muscles flexing.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Beginners, start small and simply build up. Get ready to feel unstoppable. Senior discount is not available for this class. Instruction by: Ricardo Alas, certified STRONG NATION instructor. Limit is 20 per class.
