Let's get summer body ready! STRONG NATION is for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit-fast.  This is a full-body workout that incorporates muscle conditioning, cardio, HIIT, plyometric training, and martial arts elements. Every lunge, squat, push-up, and move is perfectly synced to music making the workout more efficient. All fitness levels are welcome.  Beginners, start small and simply build up. Get ready to feel unstoppable. Senior discount is not available for this class. Instruction by: Ricardo Alas certified STRONG NATION instructor. Limit is 20 per class.
