30 in 30 Workout - Adults

Blast through 30 minutes of hardcore high-intensity interval training.  You will engage in 15 different drills cycled through twice to deliver a heart-pounding, sweat fest that will deliver the cardio challenge you have been looking for.  Easy-to-follow drills are tiered up through two different levels of intensity to provide the ultimate 30-minute calorie-torching workout. Participants need to bring a yoga mat and bottle of water each week to class. Pre-registration is required. No senior discount is available for this class. Instruction by: Crunch Fitness.  Limit is 25 per class.

Health & Safety Requirements:
Face coverings are optional. While this establishment no longer requires masks to enter, please be kind to those who choose to wear a mask.

Participants are required to bring enough water bottles to last during class.

Please stay home if you have any viral symptoms or have been exposed to the virus - self isolate.

In the event that the program is closed due to a health emergency, participant will receive a partial refund for the days the program is required to be closed.

Hand washing / hand sanitizing will take place at the beginning and end of class. Feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer.

Respiratory etiquette for coughing, sneezing and nose blowing will be encouraged at all times. Practice and encourage these health guidelines at home.

Be sure to thoroughly wash hands, for at least 20 seconds, when you return home.

Instructors/staff will clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects throughout the day.
