In this class, we will create space for you to reduce the effects of stress by engaging in yoga poses, meditation, breathing on purpose, and self-reflection. You can expect a slower-paced class with a focus on simple, repetitive movement and connection to breath, to build balance, strength, and flexibility of the mind, body, and heart. Make an appointment with yourself for an hour of self-care. All levels are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and bring a yoga mat. Pre-registration is required.
