Chemical Creations
Come experience a hands-on world of fun as you conduct a variety of scientific experiments!  You will work on and take home your very own Chemistry Lab Kit complete with test tubes, safety goggles, and more! Learn and discover many different scientific concepts in an entertaining and innovative approach.  You will be trained to work like a real scientist in the lab.  You will also make and take home some really cool chemical creations!  Learn all about energy and molecules, create a crazy bouncy glob from glue, and some scary green slime!  Make your very own UV bracelet and watch it react to the sun.  You will also get to witness some amazing scientific demonstrations from your instructor. Watch snow being created and feel how cold it is!  Experience a really powerful magnet, magic sand and many other exciting experiments in this fascinating and educational program! Pre-registration online is required. Instruction by: Minds in Motion.  Limit is: 14 per camp.

Please note: If signing-up for both chemical creations camp and cybercrawler robot camp  participants must be picked up and leave the building between camps.  Cleaning and preparation for the next program must take place and no supervision will be provided.

Scholarship Program:
A portion of your registration fee will be used to support summer program scholarships (Summer Days in the Park & Lots-O-Fun).

Health & Safety Requirements:
Face coverings are optional. While this establishment no longer requires masks to enter, please be kind to those who choose to wear a mask.

Participants are required to bring enough water bottles to last during class.

Please stay home if you have any viral symptoms or have been exposed to the virus - self isolate.

In the event that the program is closed due to a health emergency, participant will receive a partial refund for the days the program is required to be closed.

Hand washing / hand sanitizing will take place at the beginning and end of class. Feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer.

Respiratory etiquette for coughing, sneezing and nose blowing will be encouraged at all times. Practice and encourage these health guidelines at home.

Be sure to thoroughly wash hands, for at least 20 seconds, when you return home.

Instructors/staff will clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects throughout the day.
