Zumba Gold - Adult 55+ • Register • View Cart •

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.  Classes are broken down to include a 45-minute workout and 15-minute break during each session.  Class will take place once a week (Mondays) for 6 weeks. Pre-registration online is required.  No senior discount is available for this class.  Instruction by: Katty Godoy (Wed-daytime), and Francisca Duran (Wed-evening) Certified Zumba Gold instructors.  Limit is 25 per class.
